Battle Intelligence Report 08. Adobe Firefly and the Creative AI Envelopment.

Adobe Firefly is the creative AI envelopment vector. Bundled across Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Cloud at zero incremental cost on most plans. The cohort at risk includes Midjourney, Runway, Stability AI, ElevenLabs, and a range of standalone creative AI startups. Adobe holds the asymmetric position of being both enveloper and the legacy creative tool monopoly.

1. The Envelopment Vector

Firefly ships across image generation, video generation, vector generation, and audio generation surfaces.
